A turn should feel simple
When you send a unit, you shouldn’t have to manage it. We walk it, agree on the scope in writing, and handle the paint, the flooring, and the clean in the right order. Then we send you the photos.

Cleaning comes with our turns. We are not a standalone cleaning company. We offer one introductory clean with a paint turn, so you can see how we finish a unit.
Minor repairs available during turns, limited availability. Ask when you send the unit and we’ll tell you honestly what we can take on.

A typical turn, day by day
Painting a unit usually takes 1 to 1.5 days. A full unit turn is typically scheduled for about 4 days, so paint, flooring and cleaning each get their own time.

How long does a turn take?
Painting a unit usually takes 1 to 1.5 days. A full unit turn is typically scheduled for about 4 days: 2 days for paint, 1 day for flooring and 1 day for cleaning. We confirm dates with you before we start.
How quickly do we get an estimate?
A written estimate 24 to 48 hours after the walk.
Do you do repairs during a turn?

Is there an offer for new clients?
Yes. New clients get 30% off the first two paint turns, plus one introductory clean with a paint turn, and you can lock in your 2027 turn rates: get your estimate by November 30, 2026 and book by December 31, 2026 to keep today’s pricing for your 2027 turns. Paint only; flooring is never discounted. New client terms apply.
